  Had to help patient in lobby get out of wheelchair and sit on couch as the nurses and staff were ignoring all her attempts. Also saw an employee caring a large cabinet door (probably to patient closet) while pushing a patient in wheelchair with one hand. Not professional or ethical. When you are with a patient, your attention should be on them. I then went out to smoke on sidewalk out front and two male employees were loading leather chair in to truck in fire lane talking about taking it from a crazy ladies room where I, a visitor, could hear it. Very unethical and very unprofessional! As I was leaving, I noticed an elderly woman in a wheelchair in front of nurses station bent over with her head on armrest of wheelchair sleeping.
